1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudStrap products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

2. Products and Licenses

Our WordPress plugins are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a license, you receive the right to use the plugin according to the terms of your license tier:

  • Lite (Free): Free for unlimited personal and commercial use.
  • Pro Personal: Licensed for use on one website.
  • Pro Unlimited: Licensed for use on unlimited websites owned or managed by you.
  • Lifetime: Same as Pro Unlimited, with lifetime updates and support.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share license keys
  • Use the plugin to create derivative products for sale
  • Remove or modify copyright notices
  • Use the plugin in violation of applicable laws

4. Updates and Support

Yearly licenses include one year of updates and priority support from the date of purchase. After the license period ends, your plugin continues to work, but you will not receive new updates unless you renew.

Lifetime licenses include updates and support for as long as the product is actively maintained.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro licenses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We recommend testing on a staging environment before deploying to production.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudStrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Third-Party Services

Our plugins integrate with Hetzner Cloud services. We are not affiliated with Hetzner Online GmbH. Your use of Hetzner services is subject to Hetzner's own terms and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
